The ordering is by situation, not by verdict. Three rules govern what is taken. First, only the parts of the judgment and the Tuan commentary that describe situations and ways of acting. No verdicts. Second, every entry states checkable facts: number, trigrams, inner hexagram, reversed, inverted, palace and seasonal phase, so a reader can verify them. Third, every entry gives one step you can take today and one thing the hexagram does not do. The source for the original text is the I Ching; the situation descriptions are original to this project.
